Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations regarding refunds for the Erana 3 Sports Management programs.

1. General Refund Rules

Program fees are generally non-refundable after the program start date. We reserve the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. Visa Rejection

In the event that an applicant's visa is rejected and they cannot attend the program, a partial refund may be issued minus administrative fees, provided that proof of rejection is submitted.

3. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team. Please include your full name, program details, and the reason for your request.
